Wiggle for their response to the clunking issue with my new wheelset. They acknowledged my claim within 24 hours, and passed it on internally to a team who resolved it 48 hours after that, with this text:
" Please arrange a replacement freehub to be shipped to the customer. Recommend that their local bike shop clean all the white grease out that sits on the drive draws (bits the pawls engage on to) when fitting the new freehub. This should solve the issue. "
Waiting for my mechanic to say what he will charge to do this and then going to ask CRC/Wiggle to reimburse me for that cost. Hopefully they will, but I'm not sure whether they're obliged to in this instance???
Either way, so far so good and couldn't have asked for more from CRC/Wiggle up until this point. This is one reason why I went with these wheels to be honest, I hoped and trusted that they'd be good in case of any issues and so far they've done as much as I could hope for. Just thought I'd post because people are pretty quick to slag off firms for poor service online but so far this has been excellent
