Errr, a fan is essential if you're going to be doing more than pottering. I race in bibs alone and 3 foot fan in the cold winter of a conservatory with the windows open. You get very hot otherwise and lose performance

That should be good enough, you may not get all the fancy graphics but you will get a great experience.

Run the screen with 720p not HD. Its more than sufficient.

Arrived today, connected to Zwift and works a charm.

Bkool will work pretty well. They have a couple of quirks but once you know, its easily dealt with.

Yes definately use an old worn tyre for the BKOOL. It eats tyre rubber for dinner! I recommend the Vredestein Fortezza Senso Xtreme Weather.
