I've got two to start.

CLIPLESS PEDALS

I know why, but they just aren't! They clip in!

SWEAT STRIP

That strip on your gloves is a sweat strip!? We all know that's not what we use it for!
Derived from Toe-clips. Therefore pedals are "clipless"

"Advanced Stop Lines for Cyclists" at traffic lights. Should be renamed to read "Advanced Stop Line for Cyclists and Twats in Vans and Audi's"
Don't forget "advanced stop lines you can rarely use because there's no filter lane you can use to access them through the gridlock."

Handlebars. They're bleeding tubes, not bars.

Tights have feet and are worn underneath other clothes.
Good point, although you can get footless tights.

If you take a walk round Farnworth town centre you'll find a lot of girls that don't know the difference between tights and leggings.

I get irrationally annoyed by things that other people get wrong:

Rear cog - sprocket
Front cog - chainring
Front forks - fork, there's only one of 'em

Some cycling terminology is humorous: 'block' (before cassettes, a humorous reference to winches),
Some is colloquial: 'cog'.
Some is historical usage: Bottom bracket is the attachment and housing for the crankset bearings and spindle.
Outside cycling consider the 'boot' or 'bonnet' of a car.

What's a sweat strip?
This, also known as a "snot wipe".
I tested it (when nobody was looking) and it works .
