    Putting on a charity ride

    Ok some advice, my wife is a Rotarian and came up with the idea of running a charity bike ride. I`m thinking this could be full of pitfalls but that aside what would we/they require to setup such an event ? It would obviously not be run in the near future, but possibly next year if doable.
