i have a mate who buys lots of shiny bits for his bike, has a decent bike but always finds a reason not to come out. i'm compiling a '101 reasons not to cycle' list. could i have your suggestions please.
i will start with the following,

1 - too windy
2 - too wet
3 - too cold
