2. Ride at least 3000 miles, personally hoping for 5000 though
3. Lose 4 stone
4. Ride a country lane route after dark
15,000 miles (just under 12K this year but 1 month enforced lay-off due to injury)
No more than 24 non-riding days
Maintain weight 147 lbs
