Never had it.
Have had more than one andouillette though. Having had one in a posh restaurant and the other in a works canteen (in Paris), the former was much much better, but the canteen one defeated me.

I preferred heart to liver, though I am very happy to eat either (or kidneys). Somehow, I've never actually tried tripe. Not sure why.
