I was in a Norwegian Telecom ad. aired on both TV and at the cinema in the build-up to Christmas in 1993.

not me but my dad was as he was carried of the rugby pitch with a broken arm.

Part of his rehab and to get strenth back was putting strain back on the joint, One of the most upsetting times of my life was pushing his arm while he braced it against a solid surface.
