Very impressive!
My run this evening was one of my slowest ever… but it did involve a lot of ups and downs, including a kilometre at 20%! In fact, 525m / 10.25km (/2) is an average gradient of more than 10% 😳

I’m back at the running - I got ChatGPT to throw me together a training plan based on my current 5k seasons best and the time that I’d like to target. Been running three sessions a week and still doing some cycling but I might up it to a fourth session and add in some strength training.
Spotted your runs on Strava - I take it your in Costa Rica for a holiday or is this some virtual running software to fool us 😃

Yeah, it’s stunning here but (i) in the mountains the roads are absurdly steep and (ii) here at the coast it’s ridiculously hot.
