If anyone asks me that question, I just say "no". It confuses the hell out of them, and they won't start telling you how their 'mate, brother, brother's mate, mate of brothers mother's mate' or whatever, has done soooooooooooo much more than you.

I'm a frivolous cyclist. I especially like CamCycle's Reach Ride, KLWNBUG's Flower Cycle Rides and Welly Ride, and the Samaritans' Sandringham fancy dress ride.

No, he's not doing the actual pro one, I believe they let everyday Joe Blows ride the route beforehand for a fee, which is what he's doing.
