Is this for "official" BRVR workouts rather than our own created or imported workouts? When making my own I don't necessary label them in a format that I would want posted on Strava.

Hmm, that's a good point. That's going to complicate things a tad. Maybe a second folder for private workouts that don't get upload. Not sure.

or perhaps I just carry on editing the name in Strava. :-)

Maybe this will be a good time allow for editing the name and description of the Strava activity before uploading. That would kill two birds with one stone. Or two flies with one hit as we say in Dutch.

Do the stats from a workout get saved anywhere? You get an overall on strava but that of course doesn't give you a break down for the intense zones.

BigRingVR does not yet show or keep any statistics on the workouts, apart from what is shown on the website (https://www.bigringvr.com/activity.aspx?rideID=61406). You can import the TCX file into several software solutions, both online and on the desktop. I use Xert (xertonline.com), for both my inside and outside rides.

Just smashed out 2 of the shorter rides for this month's challenge, very pleased even got a second place on one ride
Third, sorry 'bout that:smile:. Though that said it's best to ignore my efforts as I was playing about with Trainer difficulty settings and ERG mode. I did 2 runs, one full on ERG mode (https://bigringvr.com/activity.aspx?rideID=61804) and the other with ERG for some of it with the setting at 60% (https://bigringvr.com/activity.aspx?rideID=61798) Notice the CBA bit about 1/4 of the way through after a fairly decent start (non ERG)

How do you mean ERG at 60%, I thought you set a Kw with ERG?
