Boest thing for keeping one's neck warm in winter?

Being a long sort I have a correspondingly long neck, wot gets stiff when it getteth chilly outside. Does anyone have a recommendation for a suitable product which won't limit head rotation and take minutes of fannying about to put on but will keep the chill from my upper spine please?

yep, a buff's the thing. Someone's just given me one for this coming winter - amazing bit off kit.

Buffs are great, a silk scarf is good too, not quite so hot but if you're really cold, find a good old jumper, lambswool or cashmere, merino (can get sometimes from charity shops a bit shrunken) and cut off arms & neck bit, take in one seam & bobs your uncle, a warm, wooly neck warmer. Might be too warm unless freezing outside.
