Youtube blocks videos on mobile devices which have copyrighted music in them

, but I'd agree with others about the crotch cam - not an angle I'd go for. Good editing to the music.
If you plan to do more I'd suggest trying Audio Network for your music. This is the company my brother and I used for our DVD and the major broadcasters (BBC, ITV, C4) use them a lot too.
I think it's something like 85p per track for student/personal videos.
