Looking at some of the advice here I understand why so many forum members are single.
Really, I thought everyone on cycle chat was beating them off with a stick

On our first date we got to the pub and found I'd forgotten my purse!I read a tip in a book on social etiquette from the 50s which has stood me in good stead on manny occasions.
"If you are planning to go dutch and share the expense of a date then the woman should give her money to the man before hand to avoid embarrassment."
such an easily overlooked thing like this could ruin a date.
A friend of mine managed to get off with a woman on a night out and actually borrowed a fiver off her to get the drinks in. (It was a long time ago whenyou could actually get two drinks for a fiver)On our first date we got to the pub and found I'd forgotten my purse!
These days I always give my money to the OH before we go to the pub, but thats because I can't be bothered to go to the bar.
i rest my case!I don't like the 'kiss by 3rd date' advice because I would feel that I was working to a schedule, which wouldn't exactly produce romantic feelings. It took 7 years for my ex and I to get together; I don't like to rush!
Plus point: We were really sure of our feelings for each other by then.
Negative point: She looked really guilty, 'the morning after the night before'. I hugged her and asked what was wrong. In a shellshocked voice, she whispered "Oh God, I feel like I have just slept with my brother!"![]()
If it didnt work first time, why would it second time round ?Has anyone ever got back together with an ex wife (or husband)?
No prizes cor guessing why I'm asking !1
Hmmm, note that the women on here want a phone call, the men are copping out with a text.
This is why you asked women for advice, not men! trust us!
