Our local garage charged me £1 39.9p/litre of E10 yesterday which is the most I've paid locally, ever. Luckily we don't go far so the full tank will last several weeks.

Had to fill up today - first time in quite a few weeks

Went to the normal Esso station - 139

then went to the farm shop - and passed Morrisons and Tesco - both at 141

which is a bit weird - suggest that maybe some big companies are taking the opportunity to increase profits

6p difference in the E10 price at two Esso stations passed this morning on the A59 on Harrogate; the cheaper one being a Tesco Express.

That's going some, although Tebay services has always struck me as expensive for everything.

The food is meant to be top notch, although what I had was nothing special - apart from the price.

Handy link, but for the cheapest petrol in my area I need to take a £30 ferry trip to take advantage of the subsidised petrol prices on the Isle of Bute!

Also noticed that somewhere in the UK, petrol is £1.98 per litre. Scottish Highlands I would think. Something else they don't tell you about the North Coast 500 route.
