We've today taken delivery of the lady wife's new bike which has a Schmidt dynohub wired to a B+M Lumotec headlight (like this but with a metal mini toggle switch on the back).

Unfortunately it doesn't work because the switch only makes contact when it feels like it, which it seems not to very often.

We're really finding it hard to have any confidence in a mini toggle switch that's only intended for indoor use on a bike headlight that's subject to vibration and rain, so while I'm waiting for the replacement to be sent, can anybody recommend an alternative 6v front light that's both switchable and reliable?
