Looks like we're getting a new addition to the family in a couple of weeks.....




We've decided to adopt a greyhound.

We get to go and be interviewed by a selection of dogs in a couple of weeks.

After we lost out pedigree cat, we took on a little rescue ginger tom - lovely little thing, but he has, and will, cost a fair few bob to get him 100%. Oh and we are likely to get one or two more pedigrees in the next few months (same breeder). That will be 3 or 4 cats... OMG

We found a grey hound and visited the vet up to 3 times a week for 3 months at which point he decided the dog was good to go, the total bill was £35 he told me that as we were prepared to give the mutt a chance then so would he, mind you I think he got it back over the next 7 years the she owned us.

The day we found here tied up she weighed 23lb, the vet wanted her at 53lb. I should add that the RSPCA response was to have her out down, they were disgusting in their behavior.
