Not an uber bargain perhaps but good general purpose tyres I think - long found 28 the ideal for London's variable roads - fast enough (for me) with some cushioning.

My previous favourite standard tyres were Conti Top Touring - I think these replaced them - not sure what the difference is.

Wrong. A shop does not (legally) have to honour a sale.

Perhaps they ran out? People were buying multiple units so maybe that’s a part of the reason?

First world problems for those that didn’t receive one.
