I suppose if you haven't got a chainset, cassette, chain, brakes it will be cheaper to get the full groupset which was about £280 at Wiggle last week

You can get away without buying brakes and the chainset, the old ones will work fine

well i can still sell the 5800 parts components that get swapped out too to recoup some of the cost. The 5800 brakes though i might sell on.

I wonder if i'd be able to get much for them.... Its not even a full 105 setup on my Triban but then again, Decathlon had to cut corners somewhere to give you a 540 at 600 notes.
