With the advent of winter knocking firmly on the door this week I have finally had to force open my wallet and buy some replacement boots.
For the last 8 years I have been using a pair of Shimano MW7 which have finally split along the sole and the various eyelets have failed beyond all sensible repair.
Given they have given 8 years almost daily winter service and that I like the fit replacing them like for like seemed a sensible option.
I had an eye on them on Winstanley's (£140 + delivery) but they seemingly dont want to respond to my queries via email, so when I saw them on offer at
www.bikeparts.co.uk For almost the same price (£148) which seems as cheap as they get with most other retailers being £170-£220.
