Meant to post this the other day but forgot, Halfords seems to have found some of the 8-speed mechanical disc brake Carrera folders down the back of the sofa.

Sadly none in North Wales or back home, so regret not getting the 9-speed hydraulic version a year or two ago.

Why are Halfords so reluctant to say where they are as it may be worth a trip?

I am a bit parochial so England as my local store is fine, but

I sorta thought that United Kingdom might have been general enough.

Less than 10% of the cost of a Brompton G Line - not suggesting it is the same quality, but quite a deal IF you can find one.

Agree with Ian, have always had this issue with Halfords (Argos are similar) with finding short stock items.
Either just list which stores have them, or if it's end of line, return them all to a central warehouse, and then make them delivery or deliver to store only.

Here's a great deal for you, but good luck if you can take advantage of it - weird way to go about things.
I wonder if you are able to speak to someone they may have a way of seeing which stores have one, or get it sent from one store to theirs even.
