That is the worst thought out thing that someone has come up with, presumably for their GCSE product design. Let's think, how can we design something to get more cyclists off the road - yep lets design a helmet that will kill them if they wear it!

Have a look at the terrible mockup on their website. It shows you that the design in bad in every respect. If the rider was to look up a hill ahead, it would dig into his back; if he was to lower into an aerodynamic position, the number plate would only be visible from a helicopter.
