6 foot 6, broad shoulders, tight arse, nice smile, ability to hold a conversation, enjoyment of cycling/hiking/riding horses. . . . think that about covers it!
*forms orderly queue*

Fit? Well, I'd probably define it as what I'm not. I can do 40-odd miles at the drop of a hat, and two 70 mile days back to back without too much loss-of-will-to-live, but I do struggle up hills these days.
Dropping about 10-15 kilos would utterly transform my riding. Said he, finishing the crisps.

'Fit' according to my lady is really 'Fit into'. There seems to have been a moment once upon a time when all her clothes fitted her and ever since has been a fit of angst and dieting.

I have three (Three!!! FFS...) suits that I'll fit into again one day.
Yeah, right.

I bought a t-shirt at Christmas that was too small because "I'm going on a diet aren't I". Pfft.
