I remember a few years ago when the fashion was to appoint public figures to head boards of enquiry and so on. They seemed to end up being called "Tsar" of whatever service they were investigating. Police tsar, drugs tsar etc.

Anyway a role that never got filled was the one looking into commuter traffic flow. The Tsar of all the rush hours.

I don't see why the Beckhams would be any less deserving than any of the other people given the title.

They're so up themselves they actually believe we are so interested in what thy did on new year's eve!
