It's ok; 11.199 million of them are probably teenage girls and boys, and possibly a couple of contributors to this thread , who admire them. There lies the problem, IMHO.. These fan-boys and girls see the millionaire lifestyle, and they want it too, at any cost. They end up disillusioned when they find that their 16 hours per week on minimum wage at McDonalds doesn't get them that lifestyle.

I'm not sure if the word "hate" was aimed at me, or anyone else who has expressed an opinion on this thread, but......
I may have called her a hatchet faced, pouty, spoilt brat who cannot sing. That does not mean I hate her. It seems to be a bit of an assumption throughout this forum that if you disagree with a particular POV then you are an extremist in the opposite direction, and in this case a "hater".
Just to clarify, I don't hate either of the Beckhams; my feelings for them are neutral. I don't care much for them. I just don't understand the fawning and admiration for a pair of people who just got lucky in their respective careers on minimal talent (in her case particularly). That says more about their fans and modern British culture than it does about them. HTH..
