You were lucky! I used to carry 4cwt of Sunday papers around, aged 7 and 3/4 and I were so quick that folk got tomorrow's news yesterday. After two years I could afford a pair of socks...shoes would come later. Happy New Year RM

I have the choice, run Delta from behind a desk or Lincolnshire Dents out doing physical work, I prefer the latter but I like having the choice. Some people are destined for a life of physical work, which as you get older is for some not a thing to look forward too.

I would never ridicule somebody who has decided to use brains rather than muscle to make a living, nor the other way around.

Need to change your doctor I don't have that problem with mine, and better to discuss it with a professional who might actually be able to help with the problem rather than some folks who don't know anything about the subject

Whenever the nosey receptionist asks why I need to see the doctor I tell her my AIDS has flared up again. That usually shuts down that line of questioning.
