Wouldn't the font police only be concerned with the size of the typeface?
Excellent pedantryattention to detail. And I should know better as I'm now a world expert on such matters, having been to the Johnston exhibition at Ditchling.

I am just someone who is requesting that you don't choose to make your posts harder to read than they need to be.
What, for all of about 4 people on here? What's that as a percentage of total members? See how insignificant your collective opinion is?
If you are unwilling to explain why, it just makes it that little bit harder to accept that it is for any compelling reason.
Oh, sorry - I didn't see anywhere in the forum rules that I have to justify my actions to you. What's that you say? It doesn't? OK, so that solves that one then.
Unfortunately @Shaun hasn't been around for a while, so my request for a lower graphics option that would enable you to post in pink and me to read in black, giving a win win outcome, cannot be addressed
What is a low graphics version, or is this the only way that you could think of to flag this up to admin? I have already discussed my font option with Shaun, so back off and go and find somebody else to troll.

Yeah, I did it for cash, no VAT!!

20mph is much better than 30. Quicker to stop and less likely to kill if collision occurs. I am not talking about crawling to 10. My initial point on p1 was that the OP said they ONLY slowed due to oncoming cars (ie would have been travelling at 30mph without) and I called them out on it. As it turns out they answered that they would slow which is all good.
You ,
Show where I mentioned driving at 30 mph ?
All I said was I slowed due to oncoming traffic ,
I never mentioned what speed I was going,
So to get it straight ,
I was 3rd in a cue to turn right at the lights,
Two in front went through
I was wary of an oncoming that was going to slow to be going staight on, no indication so I slowed down ,
My speed , 10/15mph as id only moved about 20 mtr's
The car went left , by this time id of been doing less then 10 mph
When silly bollox appeared on my nearside wing ,
Just to get it straight,
Stop assuming , at the end of the day , no matter what , the effin idiot was in the wrong regardless,

OK, it's an old thread, but rather than create a new one, just wanted to add an observation.

Was driving round the South circular tonight and there were a couple of cyclists (not connected). At one set of traffic light junction, one of them was very patient and stopped and waited. The other though, just cycled through and carried on. Although illegal, but was one of those with only a joining road from the right and I believe in some countries, this could be legal and fairly safe to go through, keeping to the left.

What struck me as odd was that the cyclist that RLJ'd looked quite a sensible chap. He had hi viz, good led's and was wearing a helmet cam. So was protecting himself against motorists as much as he could.

But I could not understand his mindset that he didn't want motorists to do anything to him and yet happy to infringe the law himself AND film himself doing it.

He may have been disguised as a 'sensible chap' but in reality, just another nobber.

I was once called a 'dirty swat' by a friend for stopping at a red light... nobbers come in all shapes and sizes.
Fly swat?
