Around the toilet there is a sound of running water since last night.

Water in cistern is still.

Water in bowl is still.

Toilet flushes normally.

I'm worried there is a leak behind the walls or something...

Most likely a pissing ghost.

Or an overflow pipe.

What's an overflow pipe?
The pipe that overflows any blockages outisde and down the wall rather than inside.

Go outside to where your bathroom is and see if there's a pipe sticking out of the wall that is dripping or looks like it has been dripping recently. It's usually a few cm long and just sticks directly out of the wall.

Depends on the age of the house. Our new build has no overflow pipes at all for the toilets. They all overflow into the bowl.
This.

Take the lid off the cistern and see if you can see water leaking down a vertical pipe.

It it is then you most likely have a leaking inlet valve/seal somewhere in the fill mechanism

As said the toilet is the overflow..it just uses the toilet rather than pipe to outside..

you should be able to adjust the overflow Or the filler is limed up..faulty.
You may be able to clean it or it may need a new ball valve..filler valve etc

Is it a Geberit concealed cistern? Try this test: scrunch up some bog paper and hold it against the back of the bowl. If it becomes soaked there's an almost invisible dribble of water running down there, meaning that the grey rubber seal at the bottom of the flush mechanism has blistered and water is leaking into the bowl as intended.

Turn off the water then flush. Remove the lid, reach in and grip the two plastic tabs each side of the pillar mechanism and lift it out. Prick the blisters on the washer with a pin to release the water inside them then replace the mechanism, turn on water, pour beer and relax while looking on Ebay for a replacement rubber seal; they are now made from a different grade of silicon rubber to avoid the blistering.

OP stated that the water in the bowl is still. I am assuming this is because it is not moving by being constantly filled and not because his plumbing is wired up to use San Pellegrino sparkling water.
