Well that is something.
Hopefully I will see out my contract before that is shut down. Will not be paying the current asking price once my contract is done.

This deal about HBO Max was posted earlier on hukd, no idea how it relates to cycling...

I can’t believe what they are asking per month, to avoid their frequent little ad breaks. As far as sport is concerned, they appear to go out of their way to place them at the most disruptive points in the action.

once it takes over from TNT.Laughing all the way to the bank. Their core markets still have access through the EBU deal that itv were priced out of, and they got to make some extra money out of some greedy American company with a confused strategy and their gullible British mugs. They don't care much if a few people in a minor cycle racing country lose access for a few years because some of them fell for a subscription offer that was too good to be true. What are ASO et al. doing about it?
Sadly, HBO Max looks like it will continue to demand over £30 per month for customers to watch cyclingonce it takes over from TNT.
What are ASO et al. doing about it? Surely, it’s terrible for the sport’s health to be passed from expensive pillar to pricey post.
I’m not holding my breath for free coverage of the Tour de France’s 2027 Grand Départ in the UK.
To a one-day race or one or two stages, perhaps, if you don't live too far from a UK international station or port and/or don't stay more than one night.A visit in person will cost less than an annual subscription.
