This took me a couple of visits to get a clear view. Its another Dale Grimshaw one, and like his ones on page 2, they have all made me WOW!

Mayfair is not the kind of place I expected any street art to survive for any length of time. I guess this Banksy one on Bruton Lane, some kind of shop until you drop reference, has lasted as even Mr Tickle would struggle to paint over this.

@User1314 I've no idea as there's no classification of ethnicity included with the pics and it does'nt matter, the ability to draw is what impresses me. But I fully expect it is mixed, I don't think being able to draw and wanting to show off your talent is something only white posh hipsters can do.
