What TT @TurboTommy said re bots.
Read the text in the ride edit area and it tells you how they act.
I know you used to be able to select the level of the bot but I thought nowadays it was chosen for you.
Lapdogs are the best bots.
What I do not like about bots is if the guy who set them up abandons the stage they shoot of faster than Floyd Landis riding a 2000w electric bike on an Elite Turbo Trainer.

Just transfer to the unsprung weight loss plan then.

anybody else tried a bkool class.
I did and I tried the class..............
Interval Power Blocks by Sergio García
Of course he was speaking in Spanish so that wasn't much use but I thought I could do the intervals.
I lasted 5 mins at the most, when the class started it went in auto mode and I could hardly spin to 90 rpm as requested and I was in the easiest gear ratio
It was useless but has anybody else tried the classes and had success.

Seemed the auto mode was at fault or it was for the elite and not for muppets.Not tried it, but tempted to see if i can last 6 minutes
Tried a group workout on zwift and that was definitely at fault, totally useless with bkool pro.
I'm 6th and 7th respectably in the UK rankings for an old bloke

How do you select just indoor rides? i don't have that option
Go into rankings as usual.
At the bottom of each category you will see a 'see more' link.
Tap on that it will give you a comprehensive list for that category e.g. Distance.
In the filters there will now be 5 options, one of which is indoor.

Years are a measure of time and not age.
Jim and I may be plentiful in years but that does not make us old!
Most of the folk in my office are older than me but I have at least 10 years more life experience than most of them.
