Well I know I do hills ALL WRONG! I get in a tough gear, stand up and duke it out all the way up, but with relatively low cadence. It gets me up there, but it's not the most efficient way. I should be in a lower gear, spinning faster, but I just can't do that and get the same power for the same amount of time.What was quite interesting for me was watching all of your cadence rates. Are these from sensors or simulated by Bkool? I wonder if I am trying to spin too fast on hills and need to pack that up and push a bit harder.
Usually my lungs that control the pace rather than my legs so that might be the answer.
