Nice climbing and congratulations to those with new jerseys :okay:.

Geoff, I just did some test recordings "Game Bar" vs OBS, and for a 10 minute clip the file sizes ended up being Game Bar 360 MB vs OBS 74 MB. Of course the OBS clip suffers from the compression, but I don't think it matters too much for BKool races.
I haven't looked into the compression options for neither, this is just with default settings.

The last link will probably take an hour or so to work, since I have lousy upload speed.

Just in case you should try OBS here's some links:

Guy, thanks for all the pressure to try an make me go faster, but it made no difference whatsoever. It usually does but not tonight. Good point that I should get an HRM so that I and anyone watching can tell if I'm actually trying. I'm still confused about whether I was tonight or not. My legs hurt I know that much.

And thanks to soarerv8 for the words of encouragement did make me laugh with the team van comment lol

Yeah I think he kept us both going when for me at least the temptation was to stop, I knew I had boosted my level and everything was telling me to stop. Except him and you!
Heart rate hit 178 at the end which says it all.

Congratulations Adam and well done to all - a special call out to Rob who kept going and represented us lesser mortals.

I enjoyed an appropriate beverage when you were all giving it all - see attached.

Rick, tbh, if I hadn't got that bit of a jump on you at the start, I'd never have held you off. Once I had the 30 seconds on you, I just pushed real hard when you did, and tried to maintain the lead. I couldn't give anymore, and you'd hit an incline as I was coasting downhill, and get a big leap on me, which was worrying. Helluva race mate, wouldn't have got anywhere near that time without you snapping at my heels. Well done mate!
We should make that the next handicap?
That is one of your less sensible ideas!

On my screen it said I had a lead of about 45-55 seconds, yet on the video you shot it was only about 15 seconds for most of it. Was I hallucinating? Had I known it was that little I would have been panicking a lot more.

Most of the time was showing 14-15 seconds up to the end

yes, just looked at the league table at that would ring true. Yet all the video footage, from both yours and my perspective shows 15 seconds, or thereabouts?? Very strange.

What was quite interesting for me was watching all of your cadence rates. Are these from sensors or simulated by Bkool? I wonder if I am trying to spin too fast on hills and need to pack that up and push a bit harder.

Usually my lungs that control the pace rather than my legs so that might be the answer.

I watched most of the event. Adski lead slowly grew from 3 secs to about 14 secs. There were a few occasions where it grew to 30 or more secs when Adski was descending and the others were still climbing. I assume that is the rubber band effect
