Meanwhile Pep is doing 3 and a half hour / 150km training rides on bkool. I think I prefer the sound of your training regime!

Pep is a super endurance athlete so he needs to do that sort of training.
I'm not, just ask HID, a quick 5 minutes once a year and I'm on top!

Has been on the trainer this morning for a hard 2-man-team handicap race, so might not perform as expected. :-)

Well I'm starting it. Tried to add all the ghosts but failed to add any of Thursdays except for mine and Bridgy's. Seems that bkool have a ghost problem these days.
As usual 5pm warmup 5:10 start. No password. search for Bill S in the filters.

ps I did see peps ghost there and it was only just quicker than Pauls so that was a fantastic run you did on Thursday @bridgy

i couldnt have a but in taking our race.
