A soft bap filled with a homemade veggie burger, watercress and coleslaw. There's raspberries & greek yoghurt for afters.

Might be a bit repetitive, but my home made spicy veggie burgers are really hitting the spot. They are so nice cold.

So soft white bap, a salad of cos lettuce & mint, veggie burger and a dollop of greek yoghurt as dressing.

Not sure about pudding, as my raspberry compote jelly hasn't set yet, but there's fruit, yoghurt and some banana pancakes.

Big bowl of pasta with veggie mince in a tomato sauce plus a big slice of Foccacia from the bakery ,I'm now pretty stuffed but should help fuel me for tomorrows Audax.
