Remaining ¼ of last nights pizza with new potatoes and beans..
No pud quite yet but it's likely to be ice cream 🍦

Might be a bit repetitive, but my home made spicy veggie burgers are really hitting the spot. They are so nice cold.

So soft white bap, a salad of cos lettuce & mint, veggie burger and a dollop of greek yoghurt as dressing.

Not sure about pudding, as my raspberry compote jelly hasn't set yet, but there's fruit, yoghurt and some banana pancakes.

Made a slow cooker full of chicken stew.
Potatoes, onion, celery mushrooms, peppers and 3 sliced chicken breasts. Can of tomatoes plus stock.
I used various spices but couldn't get the taste right. Tried adding more pepper and salt, tried a spoonfuls of brown sugar but still something missing.
Then I realised.......I had not put the ginger in. Added that and that was it.
We had 4 good portions and there are 2 portions left to freeze.

Minted lamb, mushroom & grape kebabs & organic brown rice.

(Yes, in a moment of inspiration i interspersed the meat & 'shrooms with red grapes. Hot grapes; very tasty & juicy in the mouth!)

The rest of the raspberries with creme fraiche for pud.
