Co-codamol now dismissed as of yesterday, wahey!! Just taking occasional paracetamol and ibrupfoen if the need arises.

Also fed up being at home, (doesn't take long with me), so as I'm moving much better, in fact I took Patch out and walked over 5 miles today, I'm going back to work from Tuesday.

My side is still sore, but it's more a varying level of discomfort with only the occasional painful sting if I twist/stretch/move too far one way.

Onwards and upwards
