Yeah well... I get back down to my place on Thursday night and the homebrew will also be 6 weeks since bottled, so time to crack one open I think! ;)
The previous batch was very impressive...

Coopers "Canadian Blonde" is the current batch. The previous being "Australian style lager", lol.

We aimed for about 4.5% but the last lot was at least 5.5 I think. The proof will be in the sipping - will post an update Friday ;)

We tried home made wine, but one night when my parents were sleeping, they heard a pop and felt something wet on the.
What ended up happening was it all frothed up or something, preassure build up, and it all spreyed out:laugh:
It was apple wine or something, we spent ages peeling the apples and getting them ready aswell(after picking them from the apple tree in the garden) and it had all gone:laugh:;)

Anyway, this evening i spent an hour and 40mins cleaning my bike(different one to last night) spoke to my GF for abit(gave me a call which was very nice:thumbsup:(shes on holiday)) and now ive come on here to be very bored and probably abit down:sad:
