We went at Aldeburgh for fish and chips

They are cooked in beef fat so worth the 200 mile round trip

Beautiful day and got to see the nuclear reactor golf ball too

Had a coffee as well on the high street

Lovely day all round!

I took Mrs Salad into Margate today for a light lunch, after which she attended a photo exhibition with me, as I had three photos on display. And no, although it was in Margate, it was most definitely NOT at the Turner......

I drove the van one mile to Wilko on Kensington High Street in order to pick up 24 jam jars. By some miracle, I found a parking space within two hundred yards, just as the parking restrictions ended at 7pm.
Yesterday, I made the same trip, didn't find a parking space, and came home empty handed. It confirmed my hatred of High Street shopping.

Taking my good lady wife to work, then going to work myself. That's as exciting as it gets, I'm afraid. Aside from the fact I might not have a job to drive or cycle to next year.
