I forgot that I came on here this evening to say that I bought a bag of creatine for [me to get fitter for riding] the bike. I have watched a few videos about creatine recently and wondered what it might do for me. I have been a vegetarian since 1983 so there is a good chance that I am a bit lacking in it. I also wonder if I am getting enough protein so I am thinking of boosting my protein intake too.

I'm seeing mine in the morning!If you don't I know a good dentist!🤣🤣🤣

Or a Concept 2?Go rowing, that would sort the upper body ot, but you need an open stretch of water for that.
