High on my list - Doctor Who
Watched the very first episode and for many years, but haven't watched it now for a long time.

I used to think the Star Trek series from the 60s was the best. I still do because I do not like the others. It is just that now the original series seems camp and starring a pair of ego-maniacs. It is as dated as that those black and white Flash Gordon films with sparklers coming out of the backs of the rocket ships.

I steer clear of trying to re-live the past if the past was at all special. Memories are a gilded lily, and only contain the good bits, reality gets dished up warts and all. It's a disappointment that just spoils the memory.

When repeats are shown in the old 4:3 format, I can rarely watch them. Look really dated, compared to the modern wide screen format.

A couple of Xmases ago i watched one with my daughter who wanted to watch. It was woke crap.

That said, I don't recall the classic era Doctor siding with the ruthless corporations against the environmentalists, or against the underdogs who were somehow "different", or with the authoritarian governments for the sale of order. Presumably it was always "woke crap"

A lot of the cartoons from my childhood. They were great at the time, but I now see a lot of them as being badly animated, formulaic and boring. Very short in terms of duration too - As a kid, they seemed to go on for a decent time, but... Now?

Oh and also there is the thing about many cartoons only having a limited number of episodes, which means that we must have watched repeats and never really realised sometimes! 🤔🤷‍♂️
