When you see another cyclist, do you try and catch up to him or her?

i've caught up and cycled past a few tractors in my time, made me feel like champ
i don't intentionally try and catch cyclists in front of me, but if i catch up to them naturally i'll pass them and say hello as i do

I caught up and overtook a Lamborghini on my bike once. To be fair it was parked on a double yellow line.
