Yes, they are the same company. But they are certainly not crap everywhere, and places where Hermes were OK, Evri ought to be as well.

I have no idea what that response was supposed to mean. I made a factual statement, which was nothing to do with me.

Some people have crap service from Hermes/Evri.

Some people have good service.

It depends very much on the local delivery people.

I ordered some chain lube from them last week and it turned up a few days later, no problems apart from they seemed to have stopped with the free Haribo.

Payed a pound or two extra for a speedier (1 day ?) delivery last week: and was slightly dismayed when it turned out to then be with Evri. (Who I have had issues with as a seller on eBay in the past).

To be fair though they did just that and delivered next day……

I had a chain and disc pads from them late September, and got a packet of Haribo included.

Is it just me that throws the free Haribos straight in the bin?

While I detest food wastage and also sending unnecessary packaging to land fill, I just cannot bring myself to eat the horrible things just for the sake of it so in the bin they go. I would be happy if they didn't send them out unsolicited.
