Make sure it’s properly locked up and insured as it’ll stand out from the crowd

That's what I was thinking. No more "where the blazes did I park the bike" moments... Matching socks are cool. :okay: You'll be wanting matching bottle cage, saddle bag and helmet next. :whistle:

But yes, get it insured and make sure you get two decent locks for when you do have to leave it unattended.

Nice bike though. It's brighter than I would choose, but then I have five bikes, all of which are mostly red, so who am I to say? ;)
 
Other than a shorter stem, the other thing that helps reach is a zero offset seat post. Made a huge difference for me. I also had a hard time accessing the brakes from the hoods. It was too wide a reach for my short fingers. The bike size or drop bar size didn't help. I didn't have the confidence to brake in an emergency. My solution was going to a flat bar. Felt more secure and worked well for the few times I had to urgently brake.
