200Kg, that's about 450 lbs in old money on two tyres, That is a lot of weight (225 lbs) on each tire, could that be contributory? Although you did say your latest outing was sans load. As another said, wider tyres but as you also said, your bike can't take wider than 32's.
The only riders I know around here (actually just one pair now but there used to be three pairs some years ago) are all average (ish) weight and height and they do not appear to have much difficulty with tyres.
I wonder if it would be possible to build a tandem with two wheels at the back, sort of like the army lorries we used to see around.
In any case, with all the mileage you have put in on your tours, I cannot imagine anyone would have more experience than yourselves with changing tyres on the fly - so to speak, so just riding on and dealing with stuff seems to be the best approach on your new adventure.
When we were touring Spain and Morrocco with our two children, we got so fed up with the touring holiday we had to stop and camp for a while at Estepona for a holiday away from the holiday.
Enjoy.

But then on the way back I was riding at the edge and forgot the path narrowed round a partial barrier.

Which resulted in a bruised shoulder thankfully not broken bones or bike!
