Finally had my maiden voyage on Brommie. Just under 3 miles locally.

Yes, that's the one. I struggled for months trying to break in a leather B17, in the end I gave up and fitted a C17 which I found instantly comfortable.

Annoyingly the handlebar bag I found in a drawer won’t work long term as can’t put handlebar down properly.

Nope it’s just a cheap Bell one I had, Velcro onto bars.
I’m off to Condor later so will see what they have. I also need a bag for commuting, probably large messenger bag which will go on the block

I have the Brompton pouch which velcros onto the handlebars, and also an inexpensive Decathlon water bottle pouch with a drawstring closure which alsu attached using Velcro. If you attach them facing inwards then they don't interfere with the fold.

That's really only speculation.

Demand is in excess of current production capacity, but until it is tested by actually manufacturing greater numbers there is no reliable means of knowing the boundaries of that demand.
