Banned from TOTS (Talk of the South) nightclub in Southend and also the Simply Blues restaurant in Leigh on Sea. The former was for fighting with the doormen on a previous occasion so I wasn't allowed in and the latter was for laying waste to the restauarant with two of my mates.

Afore you get any ideas, both occasions were mistaken identity and I just could not convince them that I wasn't the person they thought I was.

I did get banned from a Welsh girl's home (I think her verbal ban was something in the vernacular); she called me an East End Cockney thug (might explain the first two instances) so I called her a cheap Welsh prostitute.

Got banned from a Chinese Take Away in Bury-St-Edmunds for borrowing their Christmas tree (drunken jape). After a gap of some 2 years I thought I would try my luck. No, threw me out with an additional threat of meat cleaver and a call to The Bill.

I was banned from a club in '93 for wearing a black T-Shirt with "Same S***, Different Day" in huge letters on it. Couldn't see what the fuss was about, personally

I did put a comment here then realised a public forum may not be the best place to admit everything!!!

Nelson as a borough introduced a ban on a t-shirt I had that showed a bulldog bursting out a jail with "Italia 90, The Nightmare Returns" on it.

someone on there found an old picture of me with my hair in pigtails (only way it fits under a climbing helmet) and was taking the mic, it went on for about a year, got fed up of it and posted a rude picture of someone wearing pigtails and got banned for it

I got banned from the Rompa pub near Manchester airport many many years ago. I got a round in then my mate got a round in but the landlady charge him a shilling more than me.(I said it was many years ago) Being a good mate he told the old witch that she charge me a shilling less. So she came across and ask for another shilling. Needless to say she didn't get it. So we were told to drink up and get out.
