Didn't the taxman pay for the roads your are driving on or did you pay for them yourself?I drive 2000 a month in a company car with a company fuel card I don't know how much fuel is, but I do know the taxman likes hammering me every month.
That was what I thought but the BBC were repeating this guff without a word of clarification. As petrol prices haven't dropped by 50%, drive as far as you like and you still won't 'half your fuel bill'
The taxman isn't doing a very good job in repairing our damaged roads. But is spending a great deal on the smart motorways and infrastructure that is supposedly getting this nation moving again, no I don't think I have paid for them myself.Didn't the taxman pay for the roads your are driving on or did you pay for them yourself?
