The Scots were not in fact name after their country. No, they were called the Scots as they used to use scottie dogs as toilet paper.
Contrary to popular opinion, Scottie Dogs were not invented in Scotland.
They were developed in Belgium in the 1930s, through an intensive selective breeding programme, in an attempt to replicate the little dog in a Monopoly set.
The selective breeding programme was only partially successful - the resulting dogs were very like the Monopoly prototypes, but significantly larger, and not silver.

Udders are not a natural phenomenon. They are in fact foam rubber appendages designed to hide lady cows penises. This came about following WWII, when women returned home from the workforce and resumed their easily offended, faint-at-the-slightest-provocation tendencies. Rural women were fainting jn their droves and Josef Goebels, who was the Minister for Agriculture under the new Labour government, mandated their use.
