Butter was invented by Sir Isaac Newton in 1978 as a high class lard substitute. Bread was invented by Josef Goebels in 1710 as a form of biodegradable kitchen towel.

Earl Sandwich was a kitchen cleaner working at a branch of Subway. The rest, as they say, is history.
